Powerskate is an instructional program that teaches skating skills and techniques vital to hockey and ringette players. The program further develops skating ability and emphasizes speed, power and bio-mechanical efficiency. The FSC Powerskate program is delivered by experienced professional coaches and is conducted so that skaters are ready to make use of the new skills they have learned.
