Program Requirement: Program session is part of the regular CanSkate Program, and is geared to skaters who have passed CanSkate badge 3 with basic forward, backward and stopping skills. CSA approved helmet mandatory for all skaters.
- This is an action packed, high energy instructional power skating session geared to hockey and ringette skaters
- With a focus on balance, forward and backward skating, stopping, turning and agility skills.
